Not that I'm happy about the world economy tanking...obviously, I'm not. However, I've managed to scrounge up $82 US dollars and according to today's figures that would be $116 Aussie dollars. Since we've officially started a Wii collection fund (yes, donations will be accepted!) an extra $34 is quite a windfall.
I am sorry that so many people are suffering though. I'm not going to turn this into a political blog, but I do hope that the new powers that be end up remembering who they work for and and actually work.
Anyway, I'm off to try and find more US money. Time to break up open that last piggy bank!
